Job Description
Manage the registration transfer process after buying or selling vehicles and ensure the strict adherence to approved policy.
Set an agreement with general department of traffic for all type of body and paint reconditioning.
Deliver agreed project plans on time, on budget, on scope, with quality and stakeholder satisfaction and in accordance with agreed minimum standards and procedures.
Monitor and report project plans against actual progress to stakeholders and top management.
Provide contractors manpower to all B&PW centers as per business requirements.
Responsible of re-issuing Green Tickets for missing GT related to B&PW.
Obtain any necessary permission and certification documents from Baladiyah for B&PW projects.
Work as a window person to coordinate with General Department of Traffic for all reconditioning pre-approvals of used car vehicles.
Work closely with other department to follow up B&PW construction projects all over kingdom to ensure on time delivery of projects, within agreed specifications & quality.
Develop relationships with key manpower outsourcing suppliers to hire contractors as per the business need of used cars.
Communicate with Legal and Finance departments to finalise all contracts related to outsource companies or on-going projects.
Improve project management methodology by introducing continues improvements on the project management process.
Support B&PW to establish the import operations by handling the clearance team.
Support B&PW Management to locate lands/showrooms to develop new centers as per business plan for B&PW.
