Job Description
•Facilitate administrative requests and transactions to improve guests’ service by properly referring clients to the right associate and ensure appropriate assistance if afforded to the customers.•Provides clerical assistance and other administrative work assignments by drafting memorandum, minutes and routine correspondence.•Works with other department in determining assignment of functional responsibility by coordinating with associates of other departments on such administrative activity to enhance productivity and performance.•Receives guests personally and act as receptionist in the absence of the Reception In-charge to expedite guests concerns and requests.•Performs the basic data collection and compilation using accepted clerical and administrative practice and techniques.•Performs clerical work methods and measurement techniques in developing work unit specific database and other record management through typing, collating and filing correspondences.•Serves as department resource on activities supervised and clerical procedures using automated and manual record management practices by keeping computerized records to prepare reports.
