Machines Operator

• inspect and examine printed products to ensure print clarity, color accuracy, adherence to specifications, and identify any external defects.
• Reposition or adjust machines to improve the quality of work and ensure the availability of necessary materials for the machines.
• Review job orders to determine details such as print quantities, production times, stock specifications, machine settings, and color sequences.
• Utilize different media types such as flex, banners, and stickers as required.
• Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance for all printing and workshop machines in the production house.
• Receive instructions from the operations manager confirming the artwork and proceed with operating the machines accordingly.
• Coordinate with the production coordinator to collect the links to the finally approved artwork and proceed with the work after confirming the artwork with the operations manager.
• Select and adjust machines using specialized hand tools based on the provided specifications.
• Monitor the printing and racking processes to maintain specified operating levels, detect any malfunctions, and make necessary adjustments.
• Operate equipment at appropriate speeds to ensure proper use of materials such as ink, paint, and others.

تفتيش وفحص المنتجات المطبوعة لضمان وضوح الطباعة ودقة الألوان والامتثال للمواصفات والكشف عن أي عيوب خارجية.
إعادة توضيب أو ضبط الآلات لتحسين جودة العمل وضمان توفر المواد اللازمة في الآلات.
مراجعة أوامر العمل لتحديد التفاصيل مثل كميات الطباعة وأوقات الإنتاج ومواصفات المخزون وإعدادات الآلات وتسلسل الألوان.
استخدام أنواع مختلفة من وسائط الطباعة مثل الفليكس واللافتات والملصقات حسب الاحتياج.
جدولة وإشراف على الصيانة الوقائية لجميع آلات الطباعة والورش في المنشأة الإنتاجية.
استلام تعليمات من مدير العمليات لتأكيد العمل الفني والمتابعة مع الآلات.
التعاون مع منسق الإنتاج لجمع روابط العمل الفني الموافق عليه في النهاية والمتابعة مع العمل بعد التأكد من العمل الفني من مدير العمليات.
اختيار وضبط الآلات باستخدام أدوات يدوية متخصصة وفقًا للمواصفات المقدمة.
مراقبة عمليات الطباعة والتخزين للحفاظ على مستويات التشغيل المحددة والكشف عن أي أعطال وإجراء التعديلات اللازمة.
تشغيل المعدات بسرعة مناسبة لضمان الاستخدام السليم للمواد مثل الحبر أو الطلاء وغيرها.

Good knowledge in design drafting and production planning or assembly works.

• Knows how to operate computers and computer systems to process information.

• Visual acuity sufficient to read instructions, operate machines and visually inspect materials produced.

• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate machines properly.

• Ability to read and write to follow work-order instructions and prepare production reports
