Job Description
Supervises the team activities to ensure that the operations are in strict compliance to the production plan.
Prepare the job cards/bill of materials for the project and ensure the stocks availability for the on-going projects & carry-out the production with the team.
In-charge in the logistical requirements of the team in terms of manpower, materials and financial to ensure the on-time delivery of the projects.
Receives the printing materials like flex, banner and sticker from the printing section in good quality and condition.
Distributes status report to the Production Manager, Client Services Coordinator to report any process and equipment problems in the production line.
Responsible for the quality in production, fabrication & packaging of materials and housekeeping of the production area to ensure safety of the team in the workplace.
Organizes the distribution of job cards based on the skill mix of the team to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure that established policies, rules & regulations, practices and procedures are strictly followed.
