Job Description

• Implement business development activities to drive revenues from the assigned sales channel by continuously communicating with sales representative about new and existing products to ensure they are always updated.

• Manage all sales activities related to the assigned channel by identifying opportunities to penetrate channels with additional products.

• Develop and support the sales resources by coordinating with the divisions to ensure sales orders are being fulfilled on a timely basis.

• Gather and review detailed information about sales channel market and customers, their requirements, preferences, buying trends and report to marketing to improve products and provide input for future marketing activities.

• Review daily channel sales reports and assess possibilities to meet sales targets and discuss with Sales GM.

• Manage relationship with assigned sales channel contacts by performing regular visits and meetings with key contacts to understand issues and ensure proper actions are taken to support them.

• Receive, review & negotiate agreements & sales contracts with sales channels.

• Assist Sales GM in the development of sales strategy and implement sales & marketing strategies to provide feedback regarding the effectiveness of the programs.

• Work closely with Sales and Marketing department by providing input and information to develop sales channels promotion and advertising strategy.

• Closely monitor promotional motivation efforts and incentives to note adequacy of such activities and provide feedback to marketing about current products and customer requirements.

• Prepare sales channel annual plan and sales forecast in line with overall business strategy and objectives through the preparation of the sales forecasts to develop projected selling expenses for the assigned sale channel.

• Closely monitor the channels sales performance and propose measures to improve the sales and marketing process by identifying opportunities, propose sales incentive, pricing schemes and special promotion programs.

• Monitors channel sales and take appropriate actions to achieve targets by proposing plans to create new accounts and increase penetration of existing accounts.

• Continuously monitor sales channel contacts and customers satisfaction results and take actions or coordinate actions with concerned division.

• Propose changes in policy, infrastructure, and support systems to maximize sales penetration and growth.
