Job Description

• Responsible in identifying and advising to meet customer needs in cars and to ensure that the customers are satisfied with the services being provided by the company.

• Prospect and qualify new customers through visit especially the fleet business to achieve sales target set by the management.

• Participate in meetings with sales team and management to discuss sales target issues, customer complaints and improvement opportunities and recommend action plans and effective countermeasures to help achieve targets set by the management.

• Follow up vehicles under inspection, handle customers’ objections during selling process and escalate the same to the Sales Supervisors and management for resolution.

• Demonstrate features and specifications of all vehicles’ model and brand to the customers and influence him to purchase the car owing to good quality and performance of the product.

• Check all vehicles condition in the showroom area and follow up all sales transactions before the release of the car to the customer to ensure the quality and performance.

• Conducts preliminary inspections of the vehicles offered for sell to ensure that no major damage or scratches evident in the car to minimize the cost of repair and dissatisfaction of the customer.

• Act as the point person of the company in receiving the guests and customers by maintaining a high level of courtesy, personal grooming and pleasant appearance.

Skills

• Can communicate preferably bilingual (Basic English)

• Possesses good mathematical skills;

• Knows all aspects in Sales and Marketing;

• With pleasing personality

• Computer Skills
