Job Description

Responsible of formulating and implementing the development and training plans of developing the skills of ALJ associates and aligning the initiatives with ALJ’s Vision, Mission and Guiding Principles.

Responsible for guiding, directing and coordinating the activities of the associates to achieve high performance and productivity.

Manage, develop and mentor associates by aligning their training through the conduct of an individual training needs analysis in adherence to the international best practices and standards and ensure career plans are created for them.

Responsible for evaluating, negotiating and managing the training providers and improving business relationships to secure terms that are in the organisation's best interest.

Collaborate with business units of ALJ to design, develop and implement training and development initiatives to improve associates performance in terms of knowledge and skills.

Maintain high level of business relationship with vendors and consultants to keep track of changes in technological environment and continuity of business relationship.

Responsible for managing the daily functional and operational activities of the business as per the approved policies and procedures of the company.

Regularly evaluate the delivery of the training to make sure that trainings conducted are according to the agreed training plans.
