• Maintain and monitor all cash transactions and coordinate with Accounting Department on the processing of payments with all the required supporting documents.
• Safe guarding cash and cash equivalent, planning and ensuring cash carrying procedures in order to ensure and safety and avoid any mental/physical threat.
• Maintain petty cash funds and provide cash advance to authorize employees to spend the funds and reimburses petty cash expenditures upon presentation of receipts approved by the concerned manager.
• Receive all cash and checks payments from customers and record the amount received in the books of accounts by applying the company policies and control procedures in cash handling.
• Visits and transfer funds to affiliated banks to ensure urgent and successful completion of the customer payment processes.
• Maintain the cash treasury of the organisation and allocate funds to needy parties as per the Accounting Manager’s request in accordance to the company policies and internal control procedures.
• Ensure that cheques deposited in banks and a fund in safe is in accordance with the cash handling policy of the company.
• Ensure the filing of all documents of finance department by following agreed procedures.

- مبادىء اللغة الإنجليزية.

- خبرة عملية في خدمة العملاء لا تقل عن سنة.

- شهادة الثانوية العامة او ما يعادلها.

• Basic English Knowledge
• Minimum High School
• Minimum 1 year experience in related field
