Job Description
Provides overall range of secretarial and administrative services and coordinate with various administrative support issues for the Chief Legal Officer and Legal staff and in a highly confidential environment and high degree of discretion and initiative.
- assuring confidentiality are maintained.
- Controls the archiving of legal documents efficiently and records the legal data to ensure the accurate document control system is in place
- Coordinates and follows up with the external lawyers and legal firms
Look after the department’s admin requirements like IT resources, stationary and general admin work.
Skills
- Excellent secretarial skills including typing, compiling and organizing files.
- Knowledge of basic drafting like minutes of meeting, follow up meetings, NDAs, receipts…etc.
- Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
- Job requires accepting criticism and dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations.
- Job requires establishing and maintaining personally challenging achievement goals and exerting effort toward mastering tasks.
- The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.
- The ability to deal and work with people and compromise diversity in views and opinions.
