Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for marketing and communications strategies, as well as overall branding and image.
• Preparation of annual marketing strategy, annual budget/project forecast & management, calendar of campaigns and events, art direction, market & competitor analysis.
• Drive comprehensive marketing strategies in coordination with marketing consultants to create awareness of the latest projects and overall brand awareness for the group
• Provide support to sales and other departments for any marketing requirements
Lead Generation, Digital Advertising:
• With core focus on digital advertising, remain up to speed with current marketing techniques, platforms and best practices.
• Thorough knowledge of digital advertising including Google and social media platforms is essential. Must have familiarity with web analytics
Budget Forecast and Management:
• Plan digital marketing campaigns in coordination with marketing consultants, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Grow the existing in-house database and utilize it effectively for lead generation
• Generate weekly management reports by using Salesforce
• Prepare project-led marketing budgets and the annual forecast.
• Ensure cost efficiency and monitor campaign spend against budget
• Liaise with vendors for quotes and proposals and ensures quality control for procured items.
Art Direction and Social Media Management:
• coordinate with marketing specialists in producing valuable content for the company’s online presence and editorial design.
• Supervise the production of all marketing collateral including concept development, writing and proofreading copy
• Develop the social media strategy, using both organic and paid for advertising
• Maintain organic social media presence across all digital platforms such as FB, IG, Twitter and LinkedIn
• Continuous analysis of market trends and the positioning of competitors
Skills
• 7+ years of experience in a similar role preferably in the real estate industry with a focus on marketing expansion and identifying market trends.
• Bachelors’ degree required in Marketing is preferred.
• Presentable with a confident to coordinate and manage specialized marketing consultants.
• Flexibility to adapt to frequently changing requirements with a positive attitude
• Strong inter-personal, organizational and presentation skills
