Job Description
- Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Calendar Plan across channels in line with the sales and marketing objectives.
- Improving brand presence with developing/updating the fitting POSM and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities.
- Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility
- Visiting the points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected.
- Supervise/lead the field marketing team across regions while ensuring a proper operation plan including quarterly evaluation and career development path.
- Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports.
- Plan a yearly event calendar and ensure the best presence.
- Develop and execute the new channels marketing plan.
- Report all marketing efforts monthly.
- Control the assigned budget and update quarterly.
- Communicate the campaign & product details to Management, Sales Team, and Operations Teams.
- Communicate Campaign brief & present proposals for the agency & management for the campaign creative layouts and channels selection and schedule.
- Discussion on the legal terms & conditions which are required for the campaign promotions & events with the legal Advisor’s team.
- Communicate with suppliers/agencies for the events and all activities across channels.
- Implementation of the yearly Marketing plan & activities.
- Control the product and corporate branding as per the standards in campaign communication.
- Responsible for preparing customer education, awareness reading material by preparing the campaign details & communication.
- Deal with Legal Dept. for all the legal terms & conditions to launch a campaign.
Skills
- Knowledge of Marketing principles and methods for design the campaign, launch, promoting, and using communication channels based on target market and audience. (Localized Campaign, Nationwide Campaign, Seasonal Campaign, Tactical Campaign).
- The basic knowledge in financial transactions like Marketing budget preparation, CPUS & Service ROI reports, Marketing Activities expenditures and marketing material inventory reports.
- Advanced user of all Microsoft office applications.
- Fluent in speaking, writing and listening of the English language.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related field
- 3 - 5 years experience
- Time Management: Preparing, Submitting & Presenting the projects as per the timeline.
- Achievement/Effort: Job requires establishing and maintaining personally challenging achievement goals and exerting effort toward mastering tasks.
- Mathematical and Analytical: Ability to perform basic mathematical and analytical computation.
