Job Description
• Support delivering the customer experience as per company strategy and vision.
• Process the account opening and account number generating for new customers and make sure that required signatures and process are being done.
• Assist Account Managers and Sales Manager in preparation of sales offers (rates, terms and conditions, proper applications and client offer package).
• Attract new customers, keep current and regain lost customers to increase the overall department sales performance.
• Follow up with IT Department in case of software maintenance and IT issues.
• Follow up and coordinate with other departments in case of any complains raised by customers.
• Assisting Account Managers and Sales Manager in coordinating with Finance Department to file the customer agreed rates and credit terms.
• Extend support to Account Managers and Sales Manager in coordination with Customer Service / Operations for urgent matters.
• Answers phone calls to potential and prospective customers within their targeted criteria.
• Performs other administrative duties and responsibilities as required by the Management.
Skills
• Basic knowledge in the sales operations and customer relations.
• Basic knowledge in office administration jobs like filing, typing, etc.
• Knowledge in the operation of different office equipment and machines like computer, fax machine, copier, etc.;
• Knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) especially the MS PowerPoint for presentation;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
• Preferred but not a must;
• Minimum of 3 years’ in sales and office administration works
