Delivering customer experience that follows the company vision and goals using skills and experience in selling products and convincing customers to patronize the products.
Developing a strong customer base (Potential, prospects and active customers) and have full hands-on follow up to develop the list and improve the overall sales department numbers.
Coordinate internally and provide all required papers/signatures from the customers that are needed for account opening.
A daily outdoor and phone call with customers to maintain a solid, strong and positive relation with customers and ensure business is developed continuously from the active and prospected accounts.
Give daily feeds about sales activities as per the District Sales Manager request through CRM system or other way.
Close follow up and monitoring to the accounts and react to any objection or concerns raised by any of the customers to meet/exceed the targets and KPI’s that are given by management.
Send timely, accurate and transparent reports to the district sales manager whenever is asked to.
