Job Description
• Carry out sales process as per defined customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to close the sales deals in order to meet the timely targets.
• Work in partnership with each client at market to sell the collection and assist in product assortment.
• Analyze weekly, monthly, and seasonal selling, and inventory reports for all brands and make follow-up contact with previous visitors to the showroom.
• Build rapport with customers and qualify their requirements – both their stated and unconscious needs.
• Conduct effective presentations, identifying status of individual accounts and proposing recommendations to improve sales.
• Follow up with samples for styling, fit and quality approval, offer price and delivery date quotations and follow up until goods arrive at customers’ warehouse.
• Show a detailed presentation of company products and services to existing and potential clients to generate sales and revenues for the business.
• Research and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to be at par with the competitors.
• Identify new ways of increasing walk-in customers and develop a solid customer pipeline or prospecting to increase the sales and revenue of the business.
• Propose and implement innovative sales processes to ensure sales centre excellence.
• Planning and organizing daily selling activity, such as telephoning sales prospects (previous/existing customers or general enquiries) to secure new business;
