Job Description

Responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience to all customers and using appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach the sales targets.
In doing so the sales officers will be responsible to make calls to leads and potential customers, promote the product and close sales deals.
The scope also involves monitoring and follow up on incoming calls or potential customers.

  • Conducts pre and post sales follow up and assists the Managers in contacting customers who are interested in buying the property/ies for sale Meet customer and present the products and services the company offers in a professional manner.
  • Communication with leads and potential customers through telephone, social media or in person.
    Report to SGM on sales and progress of calls and deals.
  • Attend meetings with sales team and other departments to plan and monitor sales.
  • Give feedback to sales SGM on market requirements with regards to products and features.
  • Assists the Managers in contacting guest/customer who bought property to inform them that the documentations are complete and the unit is ready for occupancy.
  • Review the real estate products from a sales point of view and contribute to improve them.
  • Learn and improve own sales techniques and how to present the company and product to customers.
  • Generate new ideas with regards to products needed, positioning and presentation.

Skills

  • Customer (Guest) and Personal Service: knowledge of principles and processes in providing personal services to the customers. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Knowledge in sales techniques.
  • Language: Basic knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
  • Minimum - Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in guest handling.
  • Active Learning: Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making. Have awareness of real estate market changes and events.
  • Stress Tolerance: Job requires accepting criticism and dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations.
  • Good Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate and determine customer’s needs and to sell the dealership's parts and service capabilities based on features, advantages and benefits.
  • Inductive Reasoning: The ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events).
