Specialist - Marketing

Responsible for maintaining channel relationship at an CarHub partners level ensuring the implementation of the marketing materials in the channel and ensuring a profitable product mix, managing the online & offline activity, planning activity calendar with implementations as necessary. Also, social media channels.

• Planning product ranges and preparing engagement plans in conjunction with partners & customers.
• Analysing every aspect of bestsellers (example, the bestselling offer price points, or styles) and ensuring that bestsellers reach their full potential while monitoring slow sellers and taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary.
• Analysis previous season’s sales and reporting on the current season’s line and controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season.
• Assist the department with regards to advertising, PR Events and communication and update the status of particular task or project by creating and developing innovative ways to communicate the company’s message to the existing customers.
• Liaising with buyers, analysts, stores, suppliers and distributors to discuss the layout of the stocks for displays, quantities and customers buying preferences.
• Working closely with visual display staff and department heads to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize customer interest and sales.
• Meeting with suppliers and managing the distribution of stock by negotiating cost prices, ordering stock, agreeing timescales and delivery dates & completing the necessary paperwork.
• Maintaining a comprehensive library of appropriate data by identifying opportunities & difficulties and dealing with any problems or delays as they arise.
• Develop market strategies by gathering information on customers’ reactions to products to improve market shares.
• Maintaining awareness of competitors’ performance to keep at pace in the market in terms of pricing and campaigns.
• Arrange materials related to Marketing activity information and update through multiple filing system for the deployment of the said sales materials and giveaways to the relevant points.

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control systems. Strong knowledge of advanced marketing, public relation and communication techniques and methodologies.
• Knowledge of Accounting and Financial principles and procedures.
• Knowledge of the structure & content of the English language including the meaning of words, composition and grammar.
• Degree in Business/ Marketing
• 2-3 years in a Specialist/ Senior Specialist role in Marketing, Business Development
