Trade Marketing - Specialist (Riyadh) - أخصائي تسويق (الرياض)

- دراسة / فهم قنوات التوزيع (البيع بالجملة ، التجزئة ، المحلات التجارية ، سلاسل العلامات التجارية  ومحطات البنزين) من حيث أداء المنافسين وأفضل الممارسات والفرص المتوفرة.

- فهم أدوات التسويق المباشر.

- بناء علاقات قوية داخل القنوات لإفادة الأعمال.

- تعزيز ظهور العلامات التجارية عبر القنوات من خلال التوصية بأفكار جديدة والتعلم من سلوك السوق.

- تنفيذ الأنشطة على الأرض عبر القنوات.

- دعم فريق التسويق بالإجراءات المطلوبة.

• Study/understand the category distribution channels (Wholesale, Retail, Puncture Shops, Branded chains, B2B and petrol stations) in term of competition performance, best practices and opportunities.
• Understand BTL marketing tools in terms of functionality and right allocation.
• Build strong relations within the channels to benefit the business.
• Enhance the brands visibility across channels by recommending new ideas and learning from the market behavior.
• Execute on ground activities across channels.
• Support the marketing team with the required actions.

• معرفة جيدة بأساليب التسويق والحملات والاستراتيجية والإعلان
• القدرة على تطوير شاشات العرض المرئية وحوامل المنتجات
• القدرة على دعم قنوات البيع للحفاظ على المحلات حتى الآن
• دبلوم في العلاقات العامة والتسويق وإدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها
• المقدرة على قيادة السيارة.
• تحمل ضغوطات العمل و زيارة العملاء بشكل يومي.
• القدرة على التعامل بفعالية مع جميع مستويات الموظفين (داخلياً وخارجياً).
• مهارات الكمبيوتر ، مع معرفة عملية بتطبيقات windows.
• مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الآخرين والإقناع
• إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (كتابة وتحدثاً)

• Good knowledge of marketing tactics, campaigns, strategy, and advertising
• Ability to develop visual Display and product stands
• Ability to support sales channels to maintain boutiques up to date
• Diploma in Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
• Ability to deal effectively with all levels of personnel (internal and external).
• Computer skills, with a working knowledge of windows applications.
• Good communication and personnel management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasiveness
• Proficiency in English and Arabic languages (both written and spoken)

• Can handle pressure and visit customers on daily bases. 
• Ability to drive car.
